WHAT - Zero cost temporary sponsor short term workshop, which gets you absorbed and educated and willing to stop hurting yourself with food. Based on OA "Where Do I Start" pamphlet.

WHEN - New workshop starts on the first of each month from August, 2021, thru December, 2021, daily for twelve days. Commit to twelve days of attendance. One group is at 8:00 am CST and a second separate group is at 7:00 pm CST. Each day lasts 45-60 minutes.
